Customer Service, Marketing and Personal Assistance
TutorZ is seeking a motivated, talented and dependable individual to facilitate Customer Service to its clients, help with Internet marketing and to assist with office managerial tasks. Key to this position is excellent English skills.
Customer service entails processing of tutoring leads, responding to client emails, and solving client problems concerning account, profile and billing.
The Internet marketing work includes posting ads, building links, social bookmarking, blogging, forum posting, directory submission and traffic analysis. Promoting our social media accounts on facebook, twitter, youtube could be another responsibility.
The third part of the job includes assisting the manager of the TutorZ office with daily clerical task.
- Very good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in computers and Internet, Word, Excel, Email is a must.
- He/she interacts well with humans and has some understanding of U.S. culture.
- Some college degree especially in English or business.
