Customer Service
Tutorz is seeking a motivated, hard working and dependable individual to facilitate Customer Service to its U.S. clients. Join a team of talented and supportive professionals and enhance your customer service skills.
This position includes the processing of tutoring requests, PayPal bills, resolving customer service and billing problems. You will research and choose a fitting call-center provider and manage this relationship. This position also includes some clerical office tasks.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in computers and Internet, Word, Excel, Email, PayPal is a must
- He/she interacts well with humans and has some understanding of U.S. culture.
- Very good written and spoken English communication skills
- Some college degree, fresher, trainee with degree
