Personal Statement
I have 9 years of teaching experience at Devry University in all levels of algebra and statistics. Prior to that, I was a math tutor for 2 years.
Math can be very difficult for a lot of people. I can explain the most complicated math problem is a variety of ways until you are able to understand it. I will also break it down step by step and use simple terms, never skipping steps. I will show you how to do problems and watch you do problems until you are confident you can do them on your own. At the end of my class, some of my students have even started to like math.
