Personal Statement
I am currently in my last semester at Kutztown University in the elementary education program. I will be graduating this May 2012, with a degree in elementary education and am eager to begin my career working with elementary school aged children. Currently, I am student teaching in a fifth grade reading classroom at Easton Area Middle School. I will then complete my student teaching experience in a fourth grade classroom at Nazareth Intermediate School. During my professional semester, I observed and co-taught a kindergarten classroom at Mosser Elementary School in Allentown. I have experience in both suburban and urban settings. I have a true desire to educate school aged children. I am extremely flexible with hours.
