I'm a native German and graduated with a Masters degree in Education, Mathematic and German from the University of Dortmund and with a Masters degree from Michigan State in Second Language Acquisition. In addition I hold the C2 certificate of Proficiency in English (Cambridge). I worked as a high school teacher teaching English and German as well as a teaching assistant at Michigan State. Since I have worked for the Goethe Institut in Germany I've taught many young students from all over the world.
Personal Statement
Language learning is always communication for me. Knowing which powerful tool a language is for professional reasons as well as for personal satisfaction makes learning purposeful and fun. Starting from here grammar and vocabulary will be seen as meaningful steps in order to acquire the language.
