Personal Statement
I lived in Korea more than 20 years, and my Korean language skill is native level. I am fluent in writing and speaking in Korean. I used to work as a Korean interpreter in Columbus, Ohio, and served many people in medical and social facilities. I have taught or tutored Korean on various occasions. In my undergrad institution, I taught Korean for one semester for students who went to Korea for a mission trip.
During my graduate studies at Seton Hall University in NJ, I led a Korean language group and tutored about 5 to 7 students over a year. I am responsible and passionate to teach Korean at any level.
