Are you looking for a tutor to improve your child's understanding, skills and grades in math? If you are, I can help! My name is Gina Gordon and I have worked for the NYC Department of Education for 5 years. I am currently a Math teacher at a Gifted & Talented Middle School in Brooklyn, NY. I have a wonderful rapport with my students. I love helping them to not only understand math more deeply, but also to feel more confident with it as well. Arrangements can be made to tutor at your home or other preferred location such as a local library. I also offer test prep for New York State Math Tests and the SHSAT. I can provide my resume and references upon request. My hourly rate is $40-$60/hour depending on the distance I have to travel. I come from Whitestone, Queens.
