I graduated from MIT with a BS in Mathematics in 2002.
Currently I am finishing my PhD at Columbia, specializing in Applied Probability and Math Finance. Besides introductory college level Math subjects, I am capable to offer assistance in more advanced subjects, such as Real/Complex Analysis, or Probability. Personal Statement
The first thing that I have in mind when working one-on-one with a student is to adapt myself to his/her level and pace and appear as a understanding and caring human being. I try to make students ask their own questions and adopt an inquiry based approach to Math, rather than watch me write down stuff.
