Personal Statement
I'm a graduate of UNT with a major in Music Theory and a minor in applied viola. I've tutored middle school students on the viola previously. For those that like theory; I'm a big fan of sight singing and ear training as a method of learning the fundamentals of interval sound distinction and contrast. Unfortunately the quality of my voice is not good; I'm not a singer. Also score reading and analysis can be a great source of learning differing theories about composition through musical history.
