Personal Statement

My name is Zac, I am a graduate of Norwich University with a BA in History. I have spent the last two years teaching/tutoring children from the ages 8-15 in numerous subjects, as well as worked as a camp Councillor at Oakland Park parks and recreation. I played 5 years of Varsity football at Norwich University, where I volunteered in the strength and conditioning programs with ages from 18-22. I also have over 5 years experience teaching fundamentals of baseball and football training, with ages 5-18. I believe I am capable of getting a child to learn and understand numerous subjects and tasks. I am a very patient person who is willing to go above and beyond for a child in the classroom. I have a flexible schedule that will be willing to accommodate the students schedule. I specialize in the history and social studies, however I feel more than confident that I can help the student in English, literature, social studies and physical education.
