Raising a child is very valuable and it varies according to the circumstances and the child’s personality.
Depending on this factor it requires from the parents and/or tutors to use different methods. Finally you should profile yourself as a leader, a trustworthy friend and a helpful person in case of need.
These qualities will all pass to the child up to an important degree. The leader qualities should be of skill and knowledge. There must also be taught to be humble and helpful.
You should be the leader in the raising, but it may not feel as imposing to the child. It is a very fine line that requires a lot of creativity and knowledge.
