I have demonstrated and have been evaluated by my tutoring-parents as having strong organizational skills, ability to pay attention to detail, the needed flexibility to adapt tutoring lessons to student individual leaner-needs (both long-term and for that night of tutoring either tapping into their visual/auditory or kinesthetic learner styles desired), unlimited patience, follow through of directions from my tutoring-parents as applicable , silly sense of humor balanced with a strong sense of professionalism.

I have a strong willingness to prepare, as applicable, to meet student's academic needs on their own comfort level and for their own goals (both in the short term tutoring session and/or the long-term semester/9 week grading blocks, setting parent-student leaner mini-short term goals as well as identified long-term goals for achievement.
