"I am a mathematics facilitator for those who need help from the very basic to highly advance needs to develop mathematical skills to developing mathematical creativity. My Master Degree in Mathematics Education and teaching learning process with them for three years helped me to develop skills on constructive way learning which includes project-based, problem-based and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) blended learning approaches. I strongly believe that I have the academic and character qualifications to provide students of various ages a quality learning experience in mathematics, as I hold high professional standards in and out of the classroom and could nurture the same among learners.

Before teaching at Kathmandu University, School of Education, I taught mathematics to middle and high school students for five years. As teaching and learning mathematics is my passion, I developed significant experience on differentiated instruction to create a conducive learning environment for all students. My special interest focus in the classroom is to have students transition from a concrete to an abstract stage of mathematical creativity. One of the core focuses of my teaching is the development of 21st Century Skills in Mathematics with a strong emphasis on problem solving skills. These uses of innovative and modern techniques to activate students’ innate potential were the prime reasons for my promotions from teacher to head of the department and instructional supervisor at my previous schools.
