"Hi, I'm Jack! I am a performer from Atlanta, Georgia who is currently finishing his degree at the University of Alabama. I will be graduating in May of 2020. Music and theatre have been a part of my life since I was very young, and I'm unbelievably blessed and fortunate to be able to pursue my passion as a career. However, as fulfilling as performing can be, it is our duty to pass our knowledge to the next generation of entertainers. I find such joy in helping young singers and actors realize their potential, and a having a mentor in the arts is something that made an incredible difference in my life.

I have seven years of vocal experience and training in the Appoggio and Garcia vocal techniques, and have been a studying music for twelve years. Learning music theory is like learning a foreign language, and it helps to have someone who is fluent. Additionally, I have three years' experience as a vocal instructor and camp councilor at various theatre camps. Once students realize how to get out of their own way, their true voices come forth.

In addition to being a student, I am a professional actor who is working consistently in University productions and regional theatres. I strive to help young actors find the quirks that make them stand out as a performer. As a great mentor of mine said, "find your artistic edge."
