"I'm a native Arkansan, born and raised in Little Rock. I attended parochial schools for elementary and middle school educations. I attended Mount St. Mary Academy and graduated in 2009. I went to college at the University of Central Arkansas and graduated in the summer of 2014 with a BA in African and African American Studies and a minor in history. While I was at UCA, I was in a sorority and held a position as the Panhellenic Delegate for a year. I also completed an internship with the Central High School National Historic Site my senior year of undergrad.

After graduating with my BA from UCA I continued my internship with Central High School until I found employment. I started working for the Old State House Museum in February of 2015 and am still employed there. I am a living history interpreter, historian, and tour guide at the museum. In my spare time I enjoy reading classic books of all genres, socializing with friends, and playing RP games on my Switch.

I have written several papers as a history major and have proofread just as many. I work as a historian and tour guide at a historic museum which requires me to speak and write at a professional level. I am knowledgeable in Word and PowerPoint. I am an avid reader of classic literature of all genres, so I have read most, if not all, of the classic novels required for primary and secondary schools.

I work as a historian and put my study skills to use daily. I collect research and give public presentations which requires a professional level of information coordination and recall.

As a professional historian I do historical research for a living. My job requires me to collect historical research, keep it organized, and be able to interpret it and present it to the public. I have been a professional historian for seven years and plan to continue in this field for the foreseeable future because I really love history and enjoy studying it.
