It is highly recommended for students to provide the material with 1-2 days advance notice. This way, I can work the problems out on my own, free of charge, and be most prepared and efficient for the lesson. I make every attempt to discuss the theory behind the problem in a systematic, step-by-step approach. Furthermore, I like to quiz students on how the approach or solution would change with minor changes to the problem to ensure a firm grasp of the underlying theory.
