"I have knowledge in a wide array of subjects in the biological sciences. I have significant experience in General Biology, Genetics/Molecular Biology, and Biochemistry; but I am also well versed in Nutrition, Ecology, and Microbiology. Through my own coursework and my work helping others, I am particularly skilled at dissecting scientific literature and preparing reports. My teaching style focuses on breaking down problems into manageable pieces and always focusing everything around a student's current foundation of understanding. I appreciate that every student has their own pace and style of learning and I love the challenge of finding unique teaching solutions for unique individuals. My tutoring experience consists of online science tutoring for over a year so I am comfortable using virtual platforms.
