"I am 26 years old, married with an infant. I chose teaching because I truly want to make a difference. I chose teaching in an economically challenged school because I believe students of all kind need TLC and encouragement.

Every child can learn. With guidance, encouragement and stamina a teacher can show a student just how much they matter through patience and knowledge. Students who gain the extra knowledge during their school vacations can keep the information learned previously and retain it for use in the upcoming years.

I teach third grade math full time. My observation scores are proficient and I can ask higher order questions and use hand on manipulatives.

I also am qualified as a certified teacher to teach grammar in a fun exciting way. I am an outstanding elementary teacher because my full time students through the school have told me how fun I am. They've said how much they learned was because I didn't criticize and I encouraged them to discuss.
