"I am a certified ELA teacher at a top school district in the USA with over five years of experience in the classroom, and over eight years of experience tutoring.

I am highly trained in teaching students with dyslexia, and have extensive success. My specialities include working with secondary students (grades 6+) in all of the above: dyslexia intervention, reading comprehension, and writing intervention. Furthermore, I offer test-prep services for the ACT English test, the writing portion of the ACT, and IB HL English.

My teaching style is personable, warm, and goal-oriented. Before beginning, I always identify goals with the student and create a straightforward and realistic plan for achieving them.

I am mostly available online, but may do some in-person tutoring depending on the location of the student.
