"Hi everyone! My name is Kaitlin and I have 9 years of teaching and tutoring experience. My credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I am also a certified math teacher. I have taught high school mathematics for the last 7 years and have tutored students on and off for the last 9 years. My strengths are being patient, positive, and encouraging with my students especially when the topic can be overwhelming. I understand what it is like for something not to “click” and for the student to have to put in the extra time and effort. I enjoy working with all my students and seeing them gain the confidence in order to succeed with the topic!

My favorite subjects to tutor are Algebra and Geometry. I have been teaching these two subjects since I started teaching and thoroughly take joy in the subjects.
