"Hi! Welcome to my bio. My name is Nancy and I'm a certified Orton-Gillingham dyslexia tutor. I also taught 6 years in public school, and after having my son I decided to be a housewife. However, I would like to continue to make a difference by helping struggling students.

During the time I was teaching I received a Teacher of Year award. But above all the greatest reward is knowing that I touched the lives of many students. I love building relationships with my students. I believe that every student is capable of learning and an opportunity to feel successful. I specialize in working with students who have dyslexia and am certified in the OG teaching approach.

My lessons are engaging and multi-sensory and are designed to help build the student.

Differentiated instruction is key in preparing the student for success. I analyze my student's strengths and weaknesses to determine the best approach to close the gap they are facing academically.
