I focus on the features and transaction types that are specific to their business. If they have no background, I teach them the basics of accounting, including understanding the Chart of Accounts. I make personalized training videos and reference PDFs upon request. I also setup QBO accounts for new users, clean them up from prior months or years, and catch-up books that have fallen behind.
