"My name is Dustin and I’m a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering. In addition to my engineering pursuits, I am a decorated pianist, having completed a music degree at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music. Aside from my academic pursuits, I was the president of my university’s International Society of Automation (ISA), and I actively participated in the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). My exposure to many different educational environments and subjects allows me to approach many topics from different angles. I am able to cater to the specific needs of all my students.

As a student at CSULB, I have learned many things from my mentors and peers. Chemical engineering is very much a passion of mine, as I am very interested in the sciences and their practical applications in the real world. I was able to successfully balance a full-time STEM degree, a world-class music education from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music, two part-time jobs, as well as rehearsing and performing with highly decorated musical ensembles.
