I’m licensed to teach literally every science in New Jersey, and I spent my eighteen-year career doing it in some wonderful communities.

The sciences put mankind on the moon; they gave life and hope to AIDS and cancer patients; they treated unsafe water and built skyscrapers and bridges. They healed the ozone layer; explained the motions of the planets; saved the whales; beat COVID; created AI; and gave you the iPhone. Now they fight climate change and malaria.

They are mankind’s weapons against ignorance and disease– and I will teach you to wield them.

Because human beings are AMAZING, and you need to get in on this. Think about it. You’re reading this on a glowing rectangle of metal, plastic, and glass made possible by the fact that science HARNESSED LIGHTNING and used it to teach a SLICE OF ROCK how to THINK. How cool is that?!

Well, you’re a human. You can master this math and science stuff and I’m going to help.

Although my specialties are physics and chemistry, I also hold an MBA. I’ve taught astronomy, biology, business, environmental science, meteorology, engineering, and forensic science.

Moreover, you can’t be any kind of physics or chemistry teacher without really knowing how to use math well, and I’d feel comfortable teaching or tutoring any math course through calculus. After eighteen years I’ve gotten pretty good at sussing out exactly where students go wrong in their calculations. I focus a lot on the how of math, rather than the why, so that you can build some confidence and rely on your algebra and trig to do cool things.
