Now retired, I have over 35 years of senior technical leadership and senior management experience working for one of the largest company in USA. Over the years, I have mentored and coached numerous junior staff on their education, training and career development.

I am the proud father of a daughter and a son, and provided guidance and coaching to them during their undergraduate and graduate college admission process. Both of them earned their BS degrees from Ivy League schools, and their graduate degrees (MS, MBA and MD) from top U.S. universities. Over the past 15 years, I have also provided counseling to my friends’ children.
