HOMEWORK & WRITING:

I love engaging with students of any grade level and helping them tap into their own motivation and ability. As an English teacher, I have volunteered inside Juvenile Hall, which has taught me how to engage even the most challenging students.

My other focuses are creative writing and filmmaking. I directed a feature documentary which won "Best International Doc" at the Laughlin Film Festival. I also won a spot in the CAPE New Writer's Fellowship for screenwriting, among other competitions.
