"I am a recent college graduate from Brigham Young University, Idaho. I have always been the one to help other students understand when they are not able by using different words and descriptions to teach subject matter. I believe in guiding the student to the answer and not just giving it to them, so that they have the opportunity to learn and find confidence that they can figure out the answer on their own. I have always been able to encourage others, so that they are able to achieve more than what they thought they were able to achieve. I love helping all people learn and teaching how one can gain understanding out of all things that surround us.

I have been selected as a community service guru back home in New York and was also selected to help the special needs students and was known as the one that loved to help! I am able to take experiences from my life and share them as a means to help another learn and gain the knowledge that they are seeking. I have a great sense of humor and have found that using it to teach helps students learn and retain the information that they are taking in. I will go the extra mile to help each student achieve and be successful in the subjects that I tutor them in. I find value in each student and try to help them see their own value and what they have to offer to each learning environment that they are placed in.
