"Around 15 years ago, I began working at an alternative school in Georgia, and my experience there changed the way I looked at teaching and learning. I discovered that not all people learn the same way. During the next 10 years, I discovered "Differentiated Learning" and a plethora of learning styles to enable others to be able to learn and keep up. My goal while tutoring, will be to find the way "your learner" learns best and accentuate that learning style.

Although I do not have certification in Math, it's one of my passions to teach. I am also certified in Health and PE, and Social Studies.

I have been teaching students for nearly 27 years and have gained much experience teaching all types of students. These are experiences that cannot be learned in a college course or classroom. I am looking forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals." less...
