"I'm a passionate and motivated first-year undergraduate student at Rice University planning to study Economics and Neuroscience with a minor in Business focused along the Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies track. At Rice, I'm actively involved in the Rice Pre-Medical Society, South Asian Society as a New Student Representative, and Rice Riyaaz, a Bollywood Fusion Dance group.

In the past, I've been involved in medical research relevant to the fields of ophthalmology and cardiology at the Casey Eye Institute and Knight Cardiovascular Institute of the Oregon Health and Science University, gaining industry experience in Biochemistry, Western Blotting, Dissection, Cell Culture, and Platelet Studies.

I have had 3+ years of tutoring experience both over online platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams and at tutoring centers including Mathnasium and Kumon.

I have held multiple leadership positions and renowned chapter and state-level CTSOs (career and technical student organizations) such as DECA and HOSA, respectively. Through these roles, I led two conferences and two workshops for a combined audience of over 2000 individuals.
