"I have been a tutor for Math and Farsi for about 15 years now. I used to work for an institution in LA while working as a private tutor as well. Now, due to my busy schedule and high demand I only do private and small group tutoring.

I am good with children, having two of my own. My teaching techniques are effective and fun and my students have a great time while learning new things. I usually work with Elementary and Middle School students. My focus areas are general Math, Geometry, Algebra, and logical reasoning. I can work on both regular school work, private-school entrance exams, and standardized tests for grades 1-8.

I majored in applied physics in college and math was my favorite subject in school since the beginning. Having children of my own, I know how to encourage my students to work and how to understand any difficult material.

I am bilingual and fluent in Farsi. Farsi is my first language and I love teaching this beautiful language to others.
