"I spent two years teaching middle school English and Reading and another 11 years in a one-room-school-house setting in a Christian Maternity Home.

I love doing innovative and hands-on things to teach. For instance I did a full semester using the Olympics as fodder for studying culture, people and lifestyles while learning to read. I love learning and delight in making lessons fun.

That I look outside the box for ideas that can be kinestic, hands-on, to peak students interest in subjects which are a struggle."
