"Hello! I am Stephanie, and I am currently a 7th Grade teacher, but I have taught all grade levels 5-12. I have my undergraduate degree is in English Literature and Secondary education, and my Masters Degree in Special Education.

I have been teaching for five years, and I was a founding teacher of an all-boys International Charter School in Denver, Colorado that excelled in College readiness and College Acceptance- 100% of my former students are attending college and need no remedial English courses.

I have tutored many students before, and in my general education classroom, on average my students show about 2 years grade-level growth in one year's time (1 hour per day/5 hours per week). I believe in making real world connections, global connections, and making education (especially ELA) work to your benefit and aid in your success.
