"I have a BFA in Studio Art, and much of the curriculum required writing essays about art history. I had aways had an interest in writing, and in college developed expository writing skills well beyond the required level.
My English language skills can help you with most challenges: homework assignment, college application essay, pitch deck, creative writing, and more. Many of my students were and are ESL learners. For those of you who simply wish to improve your reading and writing skills, you can count on successful results . Many students have benefited from my approach, by learning to get thoughts into sequence, proofread for grammar and syntax, elevate vocabulary, and check for clarity and relevance.
If conversational Hebrew is your goal, I lived in Israel for twenty years and am fluent in Modern Hebrew. I do not teach Bar/Bat Mitzvah prep. I have Hebrew language students from beginner through intermediate levels.
For art students, I can advise about building your portfolio for the purpose of applying to art college, and I can help with any assignment regarding art history. I can also advise about materials and techniques and suggest resources for finding the right medium for your artistic style." less...
