"Hello everyone!

My name is Saman, or Sam for short. My philosophy on tutoring is simple, I work hard behind the scenes to make my sessions as effective as possible for my students. Every student's learning curve, strengths, weaknesses and learning styles are different. As such, my approach to each student is unique. I am passionate about helping students reach their academic goals and I take pride in my role as their tutor and also as a mentor.

I received my undergraduate training in Economics and Mathematics from the University of California, Riverside, Master's in Economics at the University of Texas at Austin and PhD in Economics (with an emphasis in Econometrics) at the University of California, Riverside.
