"I am a trained teacher working in a public school with a diploma in education, BA in History and a Master's in Government. I have over 30 years' teaching and tutoring experience. AS as a tutor I do one on one counseling with my students to keep them organized and focused.

I have several years' public speaking experience mainly gained through Toastmasters International. I am a past president of the Minutemen Toastmasters Club with vast public speaking experience.

My tutoring style includes a few minutes of lecturing. I have found that having discussions with my students, having them complete assignments and then reviewing these assignments with them is the best method. I encourage my students to be proactive, asks questions and help them to reason through topics for themselves to ensure that they have grasped the concepts.
