"I have been teaching for 35 years and have been teacher of the year several times. As a dedicated professional I believe in building academic confidence in each student. It is important for each individual to realize strengths and weaknesses; each student must knowingly work toward mastering the art of communication, and must prepare for the next level of study. I have taught preschool through high school in a variety of settings; therefore, I accept that all students learn differently, master information at different paces, and need encouragement and challenge. I have enjoyed every day of my career and eagerly look forward to meeting you!

I have experience with International students with many different language backgrounds, and I enjoy the opportunity to help individuals improve speaking, reading, and writing in English. I am positive, challenging, and likable; attributes that students remind me are important to their individual success.
