"Hello there, I'm Brad! I graduated in 2015 with my Bachelors in Social Work and I knew I wanted to work with kids. I first went to work with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare working in the Child Protective Services division. During my time with Child Protection Services I was a case manager and worked closely with foster children, foster

parents, biological parents, fictive kin, and other professionals. As a case manager I assessed the safety of children through child abuse reports, I worked with finding them housing, worked on job skills and social skills, and worked as a multi-disciplinary team to have the best outcomes for the children. After being a case manager for a few years, I decided I wanted to work closer with the children and in a different capacity, so I became a teacher.

For the past two years I taught Social Studies, Art, and Career Exploration at Marsing Middle School in Marsing, ID. Before I taught in my current capacity, I was a Special Education teacher. I have classroom, tutoring, and behavior intervention/management position.
