"Hello! My name is Jada, and I am a student at Baylor University, pursuing a degree in Biology on the pre-medical track. I graduated from high school in the top 20 of my class, taking multiple AP classes, and earning 5s on almost all of them. Over the past few years, I have tutored elementary school kids in grades K-4, but I have also tutored algebra for high schoolers. During my time as a tutor, I have garnered what it is like to really go the extra mile to help my peers, but also ensure that learning can be a somewhat fun and pleasant experience. Learning doesn't always have to be hard, and it truly is about how you go about it and how you approach the material. Taking even 10 minutes a day to practice math can go a long way, especially as exams or tests come around. I am here to meed your needs and help in any way that I can.

As I mentioned before, I have had experience over the past few years tutoring elementary math. Additionally, I tutored high school algebra for a year when I was a junior. I worked directly with students who need additional assistance as I have needed in the past. The course material can be challenging, but I realized that this was simply because I felt like I was falling behind if I did not understand something, and I gave up. Knowing this, I have been able to understand and sympathize for the students I have tutored, allowing me to comprehend where they are and how we can move forward.

I want to help the students. I am not doing this so much for me, but for them. However, I know that I can always improve, and I hope to gather any suggestions or critiques and work it to mold me into a better teacher and tutor for my students.
