I am Aaron and I am a high school ELA teacher with a PhD in Education. I have taught both high school (mostly 9th and 10th!) and college-level courses for several years. I have loved every minute of it, especially the relationships that I have developed with my students.

I know that not all students come with an innate love of writing and reading. But with the right support, students can develop both strong identities and capabilities as readers and writers. I believe in relying on students' strengths to engage them in becoming the writers and readers that they want to be. I draw upon my extensive experiences as a teacher to make plans that support students as individuals.
