"I'm Dion! I've been teaching for 15 years and have been at my current school for the past 12 years as a 7th Grade Math Teacher. In 2010 I was chosen as my school's Teacher of the Year. I always encourage my students to participate and feel comfortable getting questions wrong because that's how you learn. It all starts with having confidence in themselves and I stress this all year. At the end of the year, one thing my students always say is they liked the class because they had fun, which learning should be.
