"I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration- Management and Organizational Development. While continuing my education I was working a full-time job and attending classes one night a week with other adults. In this classroom setting a lot of group discussions were studied. I am currently a Instructional Assistant at a elementary school working in the life skills class.

This will be my first job assignment as a tutor but I have experience in the classroom setting working with a diverse group of individuals. I have at least two years or more experience of substitute teacher experience in the classroom that consisted of teaching grammar and vocabulary.
