"I have been a practicing attorney for 15 years. Within that time I have worked as a law librarian at the University of Memphis School of Law (4 years), a litigator in insurance defense including appellate work. I have drafted briefs on contract for other attorneys for motions and appeals... In law school, I served on the Moot Court Board and was a member of the traveling moot court team competing against teams from other law schools. Prior to law school I worked for a U.S. Senator. In total, I have 22 years of experience with persuasive writing. I am also an experienced trial attorney having worked primarily on cases in the circuit courts of Tennessee and Arkansas.
