"Hey! My name is Brittany. I am a former Teaching Assistant (TA) for Experimental Psychology at my university; I was selected for the TA job, by my professor, due to a strong grade in the course. In addition, I privately tutored an adult student in Experimental Psychology, which was done in person with visuals, powerpoints, and practice problems that I specifically tailored for the individual student. I'm willing to work with people with learning disorders. I have one myself, so I can understand how difficult it can be to learn. I'm patient, knowledgeable, and love helping students succeed. Learning can sometimes be stressful, so I want to help alleviate any stress I can by providing you with the best tutoring I have to offer.

In specific, what I love the most about tutoring is to see the student succeed. Thus, I will put in the best possible effort that I can, in order for my students to succeed. However, I must add that the student must be willing to engage in learning, as well. This goes back to the old phrase, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Therefore, please engage with me when we're in the midst of a tutoring session. In addition, I'm not here to give out the answers. The best I can offer is to try to lead you to the correct answer by performing walkthroughs and letting you know whether the answer you recieved was the correct answer or not. I don't view handing out free answers as learning anything. My goal is to help you learn and keep things professional.

As before, I believe I am a qualified psychology tutor, as I have had prior experience tutoring psychology, in addition to being a teaching assistant for my professors Experimental Psychology course.
