Hey, I'm Brandon! I'm a tutor looking to help students in courses like Calculus, Physics, and similar courses. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with my BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Master's of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering. During my time at USC, I spent the majority of my semesters tutoring for the Student Success Center. I also have experience tutoring at the high school and middle school levels as well.

What is tutoring all about for me? It's about creating those "light bulb going on above the head" moments in my students! I've enjoyed being able to help students over the years not only understand the subjects they are learning, but actually get them on an intuitive level and even start to enjoy them. I particularly excel at being able to shift from one approach to another when a student may be struggling with how something is being explained. For any given concept, I usually am armed with at least two or three different ways of explaining it, and adapt readily to the student's needs!

POLICIES:

- Same day requests for sessions to be held prior to 6 PM ET will not be honored.

- Same day requests for sessions to be held after 6 PM ET MAY be honored if:

1.) You are an existing student.

2.) The request is received prior to 3 PM ET.

3.) There is availability for the time requested.

- I cannot be held responsible if the time window you requested is insufficient to completely cover an upcoming due assignment. Please plan ahead.

- I am here to help guide you, NOT complete assignments FOR you. All work you submit must be your own and you should be able to explain it by yourself.

- I can only help with assignments you are allowed to discuss with your peers (homework, exam review, etc.). I CANNOT provide any help with tests, quizzes, or any other independent assignment. If there is any doubt, WRITTEN permission to work with others from the instructor is required." less...
