"I'm a communications professional living and working in Washington, D.C. I graduated with honors in English and worked in the U.S. Senate in a communications role.

I am an experienced tutor: all four years of my university experience, I was a popular tutor in the university Writing Center. (I was voted Tutor of the Year for my ability to coach students through difficult concepts in a fun and engaging way.) I enjoyed helping students understand principles of grammar both simple and complex, work through literature at any level, and develop good study habits.
