"I am here to help people of all ages learn the French language as well as the culture. I have taken French classes from seventh grade to my senior year in college. My minor in college was French and my classes included advanced French and practical phonetics. The number of French classes I took earned me a certificate in European Studies. My knowledge of French stretches from simple sentence structure to complicated written papers. I am passionate about the language and I hope that I can prove that while tutoring. The teaching will include simple verb changes all the way to French culture that includes Canada and the Caribbean. The lessons will vary in length depending on your previous knowledge. My approach to teaching French is fairly simple. Lessons will begin similar to a college class which means I will teach basic comprehension first, quickly leading to integral lessons formulating proper structure. Your previous experience with French can be limited but in order for you to be successful you must perform small tasks outside of class. These tasks can be as simple as watching a French film to learn how certain words are used or reading a French newspaper to help you with culture and literature. Learning French can be fun and I intend to make my lessons enjoyable for everyone involved. My experience with the French language is extensive and I plan on using years of classes to condense language lessons for my students to enhance your learning capabilities.

My goal is to teach the students of all levels to be able to communicate properly and understand some intricate parts of the language. French needs time to fully grasp proper sentence structure so take that into consideration before thinking the language can be learned quickly.
