"Hello! My name is Talia and I am an early career professional working in strategic communications in Washington, DC. I graduated in 2019 from American University, where I studied International Relations. Reading and writing are two of my greatest passions and I love helping students discover the same thing about themselves.

Throughout college, I worked as a teacher's assistant in a middle school for children with learning disabilities and volunteered as a reading tutor for elementary school students. I also worked as a substitute teacher in a middle school special education classroom for a period of time after my graduation. I adore working with kids of all ages and abilities and have extensive experience helping with homework as a nanny and babysitter.
