"Hi, I'm Christina! A New Jersey native and long-time New Yorker, I have worked in law for ten years and hold a Masters degree in Intellectual History at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. For my Bachelors certification from Rutgers University, I made Dean's List and Honors in History with a Minor in English, and currently hold a membership with Phi Alpha Theta, the National History Honor Society.

I will be happy to help you with any exam or writing assignment, in addition to traditional tutoring or just an extensive chat about your favorite subject, or one that you may be struggling with. My experience in Intellectual History has garnered me much knowledge and skill in European and American History, as well as topics in Western philosophy. Having spent a decade in a fast-paced, high-standard environment such as Wall Street, while obtaining both of my Masters and Bachelors degrees at the same time - I can safely say that there is no assignment too intimidating!

I specialize in 20th century European and American history - WWI and interwar German history, and American cultural history, to be more exact. However, I am also excited to help with literature, essay writing, and classic cinema studies.

My approach to tutoring is easygoing and casual. As a very sociable person, I treat teaching as a friendly engagement. As a student myself, I find that I am most effective and score highest when I become well-acquainted and establish a good relationship with my instructors.

While the legal profession has taught me amazing skills in the workforce, learning and research has always been my #1. I very much enjoy sharing my knowledge and travel stories with others, in addition to endless hours of discussing classic film and literature.

Needless to say, I have lived and travelled far and wide to pursue my love of learning, and it would be wonderful to share my knowledge and pass it on to others who are willing to learn these wonderful and fascinating subjects. I welcome you to contact me with any questions or proposal" less...
