"I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.A. in English, minor in psychology, and B.A. in biology, minor in economics, in 2014. Since then, I attended law school at Georgetown University and received my J.D. in 2019. I have been pivoting into a career in tutoring and teaching. I'm interested in and have experience with many different subjects (including writing and editing, biology, English, ACT Prep, psychology, lower-level economics, and some law) and really enjoy engaging with students working on these subjects.

I am also a professional ballet dancer and began teaching ballet back in 2011. Since then, I have taught all levels of ballet: from children to adults and from beginners to advanced dancers. Teaching ballet spurred my interest in teaching and tutoring more generally. While in law school, I continued to teach ballet and began tutoring with a small tutoring company based in Washington, D.C. Since I began working with the company, I trained in their ACT and SAT test prep methodologies and have tutored several students preparing for their ACTs. I especially enjoy working with students on English and writing and am currently in the process of completing my TESOL certification to fine-tune my English skills for tutoring.

I have a B.A. in English and studied both literature and professional writing in depth in college. I am a huge bookworm and read widely. I am currently undergoing my TESOL certification and continue to learn about the English language whenever I can.

I also have a B.A. in biology. I am a biology nerd and am especially fond of ecology, marine biology, and invertebrate biology.

Other subjects I also have some experience in include: psychology, lower-level economics, ACT test prep, and some high school chemistry and geology.
