"Lidia is a Swiss-German from Zurich who recently moved to Los Angeles. Lidia is fluent in German and Swiss-German, has a degree from the "Kaufmännische Handelsschule" (Business Administration) in Kanton Aargau and is a US certified ACSM personal fitness trainer.

During her professional career in Switzerland Lidia supervised and mentored Lehrlinge (interns) for several years on the job.

Lidia is enthusiastic about teaching people her mother tongue and is able to work with people in all age groups on educational as well as professional goals. Being Swiss means that Lidia is very accurate and punctual, with a keen eye to detail.

Since moving out of Switzerland and having lived in Canada, the UK and now Santa Monica, Lidia has re-schooled and is now also a US certified ACSM personal trainer.
