I use video tutorials and hands on lab exercises to first teach the software program's interface and capabilities of the program. I then assign related real world projects to re-enforce the material taught so students can demonstrate the skills and competencies required.

I have tutored in a working college lab and always enjoyed helping others more than working on my own projects.
